1. Mould made by heat treatment, carburization process to enable long life span, above 100,000 times usuage.
 
2. By replacing different moulds, thus enable one block forming machine can make different bricks of various application, such as hollow block, solid block, paver, interlocking brick, curbstone, grass brick, slope protection bricks, cellular bricks, each the dimension also can varies.
 
3. Press head adopts mechanism,electric and hydraulic drive synchronously. Guarantee each formed bricks the same height with very slight errors.
 
4. Cutomized made mould. Customer requirement or drawing-our Technician  drawing- customer recheck and confirmation-design mould.
5.Machine Forming System:Table Vibration by Gear Axis Box (AC Motor)+ Mould Vibration (Side Way Motor )+ Hydraulic Press (Hydraulic Cylinder)
 
6.Hydraulic System:Hydraulic Station With Water Cycle Cooling System; 'YUKEN-JAPAN' Hydraulic Valves automatically controlling each action; Branded Hydraulic Pump With Electric Motor. (SIEMENS motor is available for option).
 
7. PLC computerized controller:Smart Touch Screen; Electrical   Components MISTSUBISH,OMRON,TELEMECANIQUE are available.
 
8. Specially product line design for saving block making plant room and saving cost.
