Program is dedicated to increasing the quality of precast concrete products
Next week, Iowa is scheduled to approve language recognizing the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Plant Certification for precast culverts and bridge elements. This will make it the 39th state to acknowledge NPCA’s core program.
NPCA’s Plant Certification program is dedicated to increasing the quality of precast concrete products and assisting specifiers in obtaining these products. Since 1987, NPCA engineers have helped members continually monitor, manage and improve their products and processes.
In 2021, NPCA certified more than 370 plant inspections in 2021 and is recognized by more than 70 cities and counties as well.
